The UI is great in terms of looks. But very buggy in many cases. When you go to certain pages, the stock price changes, the profit/loss value doesn’t unless you go back and come back to the page again. Sometimes watchlists or other pages get stuck at the spinning wheel requiring you to quit and reload the app. All the transactions you do, there’s no way to properly calculate profits/loss over multiple transactions in certain time frame. It’s hard to even know if one sale brought how much profit after selling the stocks. The total profit value they show is always over the lifetime. The deposits number also isn’t accurate in a sense that it doesn’t show relevant number to the current portfolio in most cases. You can’t change the default values they show in the main page, I.e. between all time value, value including cash/investments and profit/losses etc. These have been there for a very long time and I really thought these would get fixed fairly quickly. The UI and email/push alerts(news) is a great feature though. The app however is slow and it tends to lose connection quickly. The UI is good, could be more practical but does the job. ### 2/5 — Won't let me cancel my order *2025-06-20, version 5.11.0* This app has a serious problem with its data feed connection. Several times a day, the prices will just stop updating. The chart freezes, the bid/ask spread is static. It can last for 30 seconds or for several minutes. There's no warning message; it just silently stops working. The only way to know is to compare it to another source, but who can do that for every stock they are watching? I've been caught in trades where I thought the price was stable, but in reality, it was crashing hard, and my app was just not showing it. This is a recipe for disaster and is going to cause a catastrophic loss for some unsuspecting user. The potential for damage is huge. This lag is costing me so much money ### 2/5 — Freezes when it gets interesting *2025-06-18, version 5.11.0* The app fails to respect the "Good 'til Canceled" GTC order setting. I’ve placed several GTC limit orders only to find them automatically canceled by the system at the end of the trading day for no apparent reason. I then have to re-enter them all the next morning. This is not only a major inconvenience but also dangerous. If I forget to check and re-enter a critical stop-loss that was incorrectly canceled I am leaving myself completely exposed to overnight risk. A feature that provides long-term order security cannot be this unreliable. It defeats its very purpose and introduces a brand new risk to my trading. The inability to reliably move my own money in and out of the platform is a fatal ### 2/5 — Issue Creating Account – Final Step Not Working *2025-05-23, version 5.11.0* I’ve filled in all the required information to create an account, but when I reach the final step, the “Open My Account” button appears active (green), yet it doesn’t respond when I click it. It doesn’t redirect or complete the process, and my account isn’t created. Could you please help me resolve this issue? ### 3/5 — Bugs in pricing and return rates *2025-04-26, version 5.10.0* Post updates recently the app has been very laggy with the price action of my crypto holdings. The percentages and amount of returns are not updating as per the prices over the charts. They wont mention this. You cant withdraw money from investing account, but you can deposit directly- how convenient. Also you cannot withdraw more than 115 dollars at once. In short they will loot you from everywhere possible ### 1/5 — Sarwa Invest *2025-07-27, version 5.12.0* Sarwa Invest account opening takes forever, although the app claims to complete the process within 2 days, it’s 7 days and still counting. Customer services refuse to acknowledge the issue, and keep asking if we face a problem without actually addressing it. Whatsapp customer services runs in a loop with no fix. Unfortunately, there's nothing else here. No commodities, no forex, no indices. It’s a one-trick pony. In today's market, it’s valuable to be able to move between different asset classes based on economic conditions. This platform locks you into a single lane. I wanted to check the cost basis for a specific stock I own. I couldn't find it on the main portfolio screen. It's not on the detailed stock view page either. After 10 minutes of digging through every possible menu, I found it buried in a downloadable PDF statement. Why is this critical piece of information not displayed directly in the UI? It's essential for making sell decisions and for tax purposes. The app seems to be good at showing you flashy, real-time price changes, but it fails at presenting the most fundamental data about your own holdings in a clear and accessible way. ### 1/5 — The navigation is a labyrinth *2025-06-13, version 5.11.0* This app’s navigation is a labyrinth. I spent a solid 15 minutes yesterday trying to find my transaction history for tax purposes. You would think it would be under "My Account" or "Portfolio," right? Wrong. It's hidden under a sub-menu called "Activity," which is itself located inside a section called "Transfers & Funding." Why would my trade history be under a menu for moving money? It makes absolutely no sense. There's no persistent navigation bar, so every time you go down a wrong path, you have to tap the back button multiple times to start over. It feels like the developers have intentionally made it difficult to review your own activity. This isn't a simple inconvenience; it’s a critical usability failure that makes basic account management a total nightmare. ### 1/5 — Hope to come back to a better service *2025-06-13, version 5.11.0* Feedback on improvement of service and app, - Stock Price shown and trade price must sync real time as per the market. - Many a times Purchase order you place will be closed at higher price and not as per the price shown in the app which shouldn’t happen. - In no situation account should get locked because of the issue with Sarwa app service. This will ensure investors don’t lose money. - Transactions must will sync in real time in the app. - Stock prices must sync on all the screens. - There should be a dedicated support on call (only whatsapp bot and email communication doesn’t help in trading) - There must be comprehensive reports. There is lot of scope of improvement in the app and in service overall. The agents are super slow in responding and the service is way below average. They used be much better but their customer service is declining and they don’t have escalation process when the customer is not satisfied with the service.
