No one picking call to solve the issue, no direct email , ### 1/5 — Update? *2026-08-13, version 7.3.0* Was much better before last update. Dark mode, difficulty when paying, choices not visible in some menu. ### 1/5 — Frustrating app *2026-08-12* This app fails miserably at basic functions, it has unforgivable bugs, but focuses on filling a large part of the screen with unnecessary promotions. For instance, it fails to show the entire cabin when trying to view your assigned seat. I am in row 8 but the image starts at row 30. Hello? Likewise, there are four in my family group but there are only two boarding passes. Kudos to the high school team that designed, supervised and approved this app. ### 1/5 — Use Your Browser *2026-08-06, version 7.2.0* It does not work. Save your time. ### 1/5 — Useless airline- zero support *2026-08-02, version 7.2.0* No way to contact customer services directly- shocking ### 1/5 — Horrible Horrible *2026-07-25, version 7.2.0* Positively the worst airline app I’ve ever used. If the address checker can’t find your home address it continually rejects check in ( and I’m now on the 5th attempt). I’m a US citizen, living in the US. Why does it ask where I’m staying? This app is unusable garbage. Good airline but I won’t fly it again because dealing with reservations and customer service is a NIGHTMARE! ### 1/5 — Not able to reserve seats via app nor webpage *2026-07-13, version 7.1.0* Not able to reserve seats via the app nor the website. When clicking the prompt to go to payment, the screen just crashes. By mistake, I added an extra meal. I was able to pay for for an extra meal. But not for secret reservation. ### 1/5 — App Broken *2026-07-07, version 7.1.0* I can’t open the app. It grays out and shows an error message “Sorry we are not able to process your registration at this time. Please try again later.” This has been happening since my departure day. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t open *2026-07-06, version 7.1.0* The app downloads but does not open. Simply says ‘cannot complete registration.’ Quit. Reload. Delete and redownloaded. Same thing over and over ### 2/5 — Extra Bag Glitch *2026-07-06* If you have to add extra check-in bags, do NOT buy it on the SAS app. They’ve been having this glitch that they never fixed where they double the amount of check-in bags you are trying to purchase. I kept trying to pay for only one additional bag and it keeps trying to charge me for two!
