之前用左幾次網購都正正常常，呢排唔知搞咩，3號嘅訂單，到15號都未送，問過佢話最遲12號會到，但完全呃人嫁，12號果日我已即刻問佢貨呢，冇貨就退錢，但話貨品包裝左，唔會退錢住，之後我再問佢到底幾時到，佢話向同事查詢緊，我😇，我完全冇熱線可以打，淨係可以同佢個客服一來一回咁書面溝通咗三日，都冇結果，一句講晒—嘥氣，以後都唔會再用佢，我到而家都錢又冇，貨又冇，回覆都冇

If you buy from Sasa online, you have to return the product via courier only. You can't return it at the store. I bought an eyeshadow palette and Sasa didn't pack it properly. The eyeshadow is broken. The return process is very complicated. You have to pay for all the service yourself and it takes a long time.
