This App truly has everything you need and Sasha really is the best teacher I’ve come across. She’s so vibrant, and INCREDIBLY passionate and invested in what she does. I absolutely love the variety of classes you get to choose, depending on time, mood and energy; from grounding meditations to powerful sweaty Pilates sessions. It’s all in one place and the fact you can literally move and take care of yourself no matter where you are in the world, and guided by a lovely human, is such a huge win.

Wow!! I have been using Sasha Alex studio for years now and have achieved amazing results. She is as qualified as any top professional within her field but has a bubbly quality and approachable nature which you rarely come across. Now with this new easy to use app Sasha is in my pocket wherever I go making my workouts that much more accessible! Thank you Sasha for helping me achieve a level of fitness and wellbeing I had previously only ever dreamt of 😊😁

Exactly what I need to stay consistent with my workout and stretch routine whilst travelling. Sasha has always been an exceptional instructor and now with the SA Studio app, I have access to her classes and routines anywhere, anytime. Thank you Sasha!

This new App is amazing! I really can now exercise and look after my mental wellbeing with Sasha absolutely anywhere and anytime. Her clear instructions, easy to follow classes at just the right pace to keep us well both in mind and spirit are a must. She had transformed my life.
