I have tried numerous times to view and download pdf billing to no avail. Takes far too long and many try’s to download.

The past 2 months I have had not been able to access my pdf bill in order to print.  It goes into a waiting mode.  Once there you can’t get out of it either.  You have to re-log back in and start all over.
