EVERY time I need to use it , I’ve been locked out. The purpose of the app is it’s supposed to be easier instead of the actuality of making my life and SASMI employees lives more difficult. Today I’ve called FOUR times and I’m still locked out. The app is useless and SASMI employees have better things to do than babysit the members.
