Let's talk about affirmations - one of the most powerful tools I use every single day for myself and with my coaching clients. 

Affirmations are more than just feel good words; they're a way to activate your inner badass and remind you of the limitless potential inside you.

Every morning, I start my day with affirmations.  It's how I set the tone for what I want to attract into my life.

I say things like, "I am worthy of abundance" or "I am aligned with my highest self."  

And you know what? 

Those words create ENERGY that radiates out, influencing everything I do and everyone I interact with.

With Sassy AF Affirmations, you have this powerful tool available to you through your phone or iPad to help you:

The free version of this app includes 5 affirmation cards that you can pull at random or select from the deck. Each card includes:

-an audio reading of the affirmation
-an expanded description of the affirmation for you to further contemplate the words, begin a meditation, or use as a journal prompt
-an audio reading of the expanded description

The premium version gives you access to 50 additional affirmations + expanded descriptions for a total of 55 cards.

On both versions, you have the ability to select your favorite affirmations and search for specific cards.

I love that I can open this up for a quick burst of affirming and guidance! The voice feature is really a great addition, as I can listen to affirmations while I am out and about. It has been my favorite part of the day!

Not only are these affirmations BOMB, but I love the user experience of this app! I like the choice between pulling your own card at random, versus choosing the one you are feeling the most…and then getting to listen to Hallie explain the meaning behind them/read the explanation. It really helps the affirmations sink in so I can fully embody them. This is going to be a part of my daily routine for sure!
