They advertise a PKR 1,000 reward for installing the app, but only after you install it do they disclose that it cannot be used on your first booking. Then, on your second booking, you can redeem only PKR 500. The remaining PKR 500 is subject to further conditions that are not made clear upfront. This is classic bait-and-switch marketing. If these restrictions exist, they should be clearly disclosed before people install the app—not hidden afterward. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of customers’ time.
