App lacks customer service link, chat or phone and service persons on phone or web are unable to manage payment errors. 

I placed an order and paid with an international credit card, which was immediately billed. Sastodeal kept my order pending for a week before canceling it without contacting me or refunding my credit cards. I tried multiple times to contact them through email, web-chat and phone because I was concerned that I had been charged but my order was not processed. I was told “your order is pending” or “someone will get back to you” but I received no return call or email and the app does not have a way to contact customer service. I reached customer service by phone today who said she would forward my _request_ for a refund to be processed within 48 hours but the amount they have listed in “my orders” includes discounts (for using a partner bank credit card) and my credit card was charged for the full amount without discounts. If I do not receive the full refund I will be forced to process the cancelation through my credit card company. 

I have successfully ordered from Sastodeal in the past with cash in delivery and have been happy the the products. But I am very disappointed with this experience.
