I really enjoy the app; it has great content, and I don’t mind paying for a subscription. However, it doesn’t have any English subtitles, which makes it fairly pointless for me. Please fix this issue.

Renewed my subscription but can’t access the content. Says my password is not valid. Tried to change the password but the I never get the code via email. Tried using my phone number and it says OTP is under maintenance. Tried to register from scratch and it tells me the email is already in use. Reid to send email to Sastra support but it was returned as email undeliverable. At this point, I am over it. No clue how to even start the refund process. 
Not renewing.

Tried to delete my account and it just says theres an error.

I enjoyed watching some of the Satra shows on YouTube and decided to download the app. I can’t get past the OTP/SMS screen.

I set the country code as US, +1, and enter my mobile number but then it keeps asking me to authenticate and then I get a “OTP limit reached” and then “a type string is not a subtype of int of index”, very frustrating since I can’t even pay to watch the content!!!
