How can you sell an unit based on this app yet when it stops working no way to contact devs or anyone . @applesuuport

This company is terrible. No customer service at all. App does not work properly and there is no way of contacting them.

Installed thermostat, downloaded app on iPhone , Thermostat voice says I’m connected to thermostat, pick  my network from list enter password.but will not show connected to my 2.4 network.The thermostat shows up on my router list as connected to my 2.4 network. App won’t complete setup so I can connect to our Alexa. Tried reinstalling app, power cycling thermostat but nothing works Returning thermostat.
