The compass gets stuck ! The app is useless without it. Want a refund

I aligned the satellite with this app, but still didn't get a signal. 
Not enough information on what to measure. 
May work better if more step by steps are added 

Difficult to use up a ladder. 
You have to have the phone facing up at the side of the arm to use, this was very difficult for me when the dish was directly above my head and no other way to get to the dish. 
Invert would have been good.

So easy to use!!!! You find any sat in few minutes.... I like it!

I had to align a dish for a family member and this was very helpful. I followed the simple steps and the dish was allegedly aligned. I connected the receiver and it showed a high signal strength with high quality. The picture was good on all channels so absolutely delighted. Well worth the low price!
