## What is SATA Loyalty App?

With the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, SATA rewards loyal customers with SATA coins that can be exchanged for high-quality rewards.

The SATA Loyalty Program coins & more is open to every purchaser of a premium-eligible SATA product or employee of a company purchasing premium-eligible products. The participant or the company must be domiciled in a country (see below) where the programme is offered. As an employee, a participant also needs the consent of his or her employer in accordance with the conditions set out in the terms and conditions of participation. In addition, only natural persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.

Collecting SATA coins is done by scanning a Loyalty QR code, which is located in a shrink-wrapped booklet on the packaging of SATA RPS multi-purpose cups. During selected periods, customers benefit from promotions exclusively for participants of the SATA Loyalty Programme coins & more, e.g. additional coins with every scan, reduced SATA coin prices in the SATA Loyalty Shop or competitions with exclusive prizes.

There is one SATA coin per SATA RPS multi-purpose cup.
A pack of 40 cups gives 40 SATA coins, a pack of 60 cups gives 60 SATA coins, a pack of 100 gives 100 SATA coins. Please note that there are also loyalty QR codes on the boxes of the replacement lids for SATA RPS multi-purpose cups, which you can use to collect SATA coins.

- Receive first SATA coins for your registration during certain promotional periods.
- Receive SATA coins for your birthday.
- Take part in surveys and contribute to SATA's ability to offer you even better products and an optimum service. In certain promotion periods, we reward you with SATA coins for your participation or you take part in a competition as a participant.
- Receive additional SATA coins within special promotion periods for subscribing to the SATA Newsletter, the SATA Loyalty News or the Push Notifications.



Exclude company from participation.
If you do not wish yourself or any of your employees to participate, your company can choose not to register and make a general deregistration via SATA, which will exclude all employees of the company from participation.

Rewards and points system is totally fixed and made so you Have toKeep buying your products. The rewards you have, their cash value and their points value don’t even match if you were to calculate the points for that certain product and I think your fleecing your customers. Especially me who’s been loyal for over 15 years .

So apparently in the fine print of the user agreement, your points expire. Good luck ever saving up enough for a gun because I use over 10 cups per day and just lost 2700 points this year and will now lose around that many points every year. That makes getting a gun forever out of reach, 👎👎. Don’t try saving up big points and use them on small rewards before they expire.
