Didn’t get to see a Dr. The app made sure I couldn’t make an appointment. I’ll be going elsewhere thank you very much.

The teleconsultation function isn’t working well. The main issues are:
	1.	There’s no “Accept” button when incoming calls appear.
	2.	There’s no straightforward way to request a callback if you miss a call due to issue #1.

Currently, the only workaround is to catch the call within the brief banner notification window while you’re already on the app’s home screen - which is highly inconvenient. Overall, it feels unnecessarily difficult to access service through this app.

Required for school enrollment medical check up, the website says you can make a queue request through this app so decided to try it. Stuck at the sign up info section and can’t go past from step 1. Please fix it.

Cant even make appointments. When you request for queue number they need you to take pictures of your IC using front camera but camera doesn’t even work on the app. No point downloading
