## What is Satchel?

School sends a lot. Emails, newsletters, PDFs, links, group chat messages. Satchel turns them into one calm planner for your family.

MADE FOR BUSY PARENTS
• Today, Tomorrow and This week at a glance, for each child.
• Each child's weekly routine: start and finish times, uniform and kit.
• School holidays and days off, so you're never caught out.
• Your own reminders, next to the school's.
• Share one planner with your partner, so you both see the same thing.

HOW IT WORKS
• Forward school emails to your private Satchel address, or add an update by hand: paste text, a link, a PDF or screenshots.
• Satchel reads each one with AI and picks out what matters: PE kit, non-uniform days, CCA, trip payments, forms to sign, early finishes and days off.
• Your planner updates, with everything on the right day and for the right child.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Each parent gets their own private forwarding address.
• Satchel only reads emails from your schools and your family.
• Satchel asks for your OK before anything is read by AI, and the AI provider doesn't use your updates for training.
• No ads and no tracking. Delete your account and data any time.

Made with love in Dubai.

• See your week at a glance. Open Updates to see how many school emails, PDFs, and screenshots Satchel has read for you this week.
• Never miss a proud moment. Awards, certificates, and star of the week now shine in a gold card, so your child's wins don't get lost in a newsletter.
• Celebrate as you go. Satchel marks your milestones, so you can see how much it's handled for you over time.
• Bring your friends along. Share Satchel with other parents using your own link, straight from My account.
• School links that work. Booking forms, PDFs, and other links in the original school email are now one tap away.
• Faster, tidier, and calmer Satchel with lots of small polish and fixes.
