Worst app ever, it almost never works. Most common problem connection error

I just updated my app only to find out it’s inoperative.. screen size is incorrect, completely hangs when trying to verify account. This is a huge inconvenience

No code sent to complete registration and tried to delete to reinstall. Deleted off screen but continues to operate in background therefor not allowing a reinstall. Spent too much time on this trying to sort out. Have never had a problem like this with any app before. I can only say it must be shoddy coding.

This app seems to be a collection of error messages and nothing else.  Do a pre-booking - get an error message. Click on booking history to see if the booking was actually made - another error message.

Completely useless app for any resident with visual impairments. Other apps can make their application s accessible, but this developer does not even after contacting and explanation

The App is frustrating. I am expecting 35 visitors dropping children and have to generate code 35 times x 2 )as they will pick up children in the afternoon and apparently the code is used only for single entry even though it says it expires @ 23:59 on that particular day.

If a contact on your phone has more than one number only the first number can be used. 

Also no option to general a single access code that could be used multiple times.  Eg. if I’m getting 10 visitors I need to generate individual codes.  I should be able to generate a single code to be used 10 times.

Since your new update, the app no longer works on my iPhone 11 Pro.
It has lost my registration information and does not validate my information when I register.
Completely useless at the moment and very frustrating trying to sort this out with our complex security
Please fix it urgently!
