Super App, super Angebot. Ein Desktop-App wäre wünschenswert (z.b. Für zahlende Kunden), aber ansonsten ist alles super!

Grundsätzlich bin ich sehr zufrieden und nutze Satellite sowohl mit IOS-, als auch mit Android-Handys. 
Vor einigen Monaten habe ich sogar eine Handynummer zu Satellite portieren lassen.
Negativ ist mir aufgefallen, dass mir nach dem Öffnen der App recht häufig die ursprüngliche Absendernummer angezeigt wird obwohl die neue Nummer schon lange gültig ist.
Dies lässt sich nur durch einen Neustart der App beheben, teilweise mehrfach.
Dieses Verhalten ist unter IOS und Android festzustellen und tritt scheinbar insbesondere nach Updates der App auf.

**Developer response:** Hallo, könntest Du - am besten direkt über die App - einen Support-Case eröffnen, damit wir uns das mal näher ansehen können? Denn eine falsche Absenderkennung soll Dir NIE angezeigt werden - auch nicht nach einem Update. Wir würden das daher gerne analysieren und beheben. Viele Grüße, Dein satellite Team

### 5/5 — Absolute Erleichterung im Ausland – 5 Sterne für Satellit

Ich lebe seit sechs Monaten in Thailand und habe dort nur eine thailändische Mobilnummer. Dadurch war es für mich bisher praktisch unmöglich, nach Deutschland auf Festnetz zu telefonieren , zum Beispiel zu meiner Ärztin, die weder Internet noch eine Webseite für Terminbuchungen hat. Auch meine Mutter ist nur über Festnetz erreichbar, ebenso mein Bruder. 
Seit ich die Satellit-App nutze, hat sich das komplett geändert. Die 100 Freiminuten pro Monat sind für mich ideal, um regelmäßig nach Deutschland zu telefonieren. Und selbst wenn man mehr braucht, sind 4,99 € im Monat absolut fair und gut vertretbar.
Man kann auch mit der Satellit-App von Deutschland nach Thailand telefonieren. 
Für mich ist Satellit eine große Erleichterung im Alltag , gerade als Deutscher im Ausland. Ich vergebe sehr gerne fünf Sterne und kann die App absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Satellit-Team!

### 1/5 — Nicht existierender Kundenservice, Anrufe ständig verpasst

Es gibt in der app noch nichtmal eine Kontakt option, das sagt ja schon alles (geld einsammeln und goodbye!). Ausserdem nicht verlässlich, 8/10 Anrufe auf die Nummer werden nie angezeigt, sprich es ist eig nur als Wegwerfnummer für ausgehende Anrufe gut. Sprich wenn man Den freetier nutzen will, keine wichtigen Anrufe machen muss, und dies nur für scam und Spam nutzen will wie die Firma selbst, ist es im Freetier okay, ich würde aber für echtes voip eher einen seriösen guten Anbieter für 1/4 des Preises nutzen (Google ist euer Freund) :). Ich habe den Anbieter an apple gemeldet, gebt scammern keine Chance

Oft liegt das an den Energiespareinstellungen des Handys oder fehlenden Berechtigungen für Push-Benachrichtigungen. Das lässt sich meist schnell lösen. Kontakt & Support: Wir verstecken uns nicht. Ich hatte beim Anmelden nicht verstanden, dass man sich unbedingt mit der Meldeadresse anmelden muss (ist bei einer richtigen Mobilfunknummer in D  eigentlich logisch). 
Das hat der Support innerhalb weniger Minuten für mich korrigiert.
Und als meine App dann die Verifikation nicht zugelassen hat, hat der Support innerhalb von 1 Stunde die Verifikation für mich erledigt.
So einen guten Support habe ich nur selten erlebt.

Wenn Du lange in Ausland bist und deine deutsche Nummer behalten und zum Telefonieren verwenden möchtest ist die App super - 5 Sterne.
Leider sind Zahlungen nur über ApplePay, somit nur mit Karte möglich. Toll wäre, wenn es Alternativen für Privatkunden geben würde - würde gerne auch 1 Jahr im Voraus bezahlen.
