I downloaded the app yesterday. I tried to create an account but the sms the verification never arrived. I tried and waited multiple times. Wrote an email, they never got back to me. Really annoying. ### 1/5 — ¿Escasez de idiomas? *2026-02-23, version 4.27.0* Alrededor de unos 636 millones de personas en el mundo hablan español…¿para cuando pensais actualizar el listado de idiomas?! ### 1/5 — Too slow to be useful *2025-12-20* Takes far too long to add money to the account, days after my bank shows it as being taken. Looks vaguely useful as an app in theory, but too much hassle in reality. Requested this several times but it never appeared. Sent an email to them requesting assistance. Still waiting for a reply. How can I trust an app whose developers are this useless. Deleted now. Per un errore commesso involontariamente non sono riuscita ad inserire il codice promozionale. È difficile comunicare con il customer service e sono anche rigidi e maleducati.
