Music is cool, the only good thing. Creepy breathy voice trying too hard and talking waaay too much for a guide. I expect pure NSDR directions, not what I should or shouldn’t feel and bunch of other bs. Gosh that voice is sooo annoying!!! You haven’t even asked me if I’m experienced and need all that newbie intro stuff. Damn that was aweful. And maybe use longer loops for music, 5-10 seconds is for making people epileptic 🙈 Sounds used in music are cool though, the only good thing.
