However, it frustrates me how quickly the app signs me out, especially when I’m in the middle of writing a maintenance request. ### 4/5 — Logs me out every time *2024-11-02, version 24.6.1* Great app. Makes paying and managing our apartment account easy. Only thing that is a pain is the app logs me out every time, even when I check “remember me”. The complex is just off the expressway, short distance to the metro. Safe clean place for kids just moving on their own. Amazing common areas for residents and their guests. Enjoyed our tour with Chance! Let’s you get 3 clicks in then decides you need to login. Not updated to current time of info for multiple things. Raising a maintenance ticket works but they can’t respond to troubleshoot or tell you why they haven’t shown up in 3 weeks. Just throughly not thought out and unhelpful. Developers don’t want to fix bugs. Blamed the user for “doing it wrong” with screenshots sent of X not working. :) ### 1/5 — Terrible and unhelpful *2023-12-02* The owners and developers are not here to help. I have been in contact and told that I’m in the wrong. Doesn’t let you set up auto pay. Deletes and “can’t find” transactions. Repeatedly deletes auto pay that is set up (via other means). ### 1/5 — This software is a piece of garbage. *2023-10-09, version 17.1.0* It is bug ridden and requires constant updating and reinstalling. It’s a lousy company that handles these accounts charges a $270 processing fee for a credit card. The interface is so lousy that my bank invariably flags this as fraud when I try to make a payment with a credit card. Setting up auto pay rarely works and then the landlord contact me about a $500 late fee on top of the ridiculous processing fees.
