I have been registered since COVID when we needed to travel but now it won’t work when you have to do more health requirements for the country. Fix the app correctly, also I had it in English but now every time I receive an email it’s only in Indonesian and has not got the translation on it. Also if we as international visitors need to add this app and you need 2nd ID we don’t have the Indonesian NIK etc but it will not go past this now. Make the APP user friendly and also make sure it runs and is updated regularly. Now I have to key it all back in and nothing works in the app especially when it comes to the PIN!
