It’s prompt and the vegetables and fruits are fresh . They are a wonderful service and frankly a life saver at times. They do not have a high barrier for free delivery like other services, their quality is excellent and service prompt. The order is delivered. Today the same thing happened and my slot wS changed from 11:30-3:30 which is ridiculous without informing me: And as i connected on call, i was delighted by MR. SUMIT WHO HAD NO TONE OR SENSE OF APOLOGY AND TOLD ME ON MY FACE “IF YOU SO MANY ISSUES THEN USE THE APP” I mean rather than owing up to your fault u have team shooing ur clients away.. Kudos to you.
