## What is Satway Technician?

Satway Technician is the official enterprise installation, diagnostics, and field service management application for Satway GPS telematics systems.

Engineered specifically for automotive electricians, GPS installation technicians, and field service engineers, the app streamlines tracker deployment, verification, and service ticketing across fleets and private vehicles.

KEY CAPABILITIES:

• Instant Hardware Scanning
Quickly scan QR codes and barcodes on Satway GPS devices, SIM cards, and accessories using your device camera to avoid manual entry mistakes.

• Real-time Device Diagnostics & Testing
Validate installations before leaving the vehicle. Check live GPS satellite lock, server communication, ignition detection status, internal battery voltage, external power supply, and immobilization relays on the spot.

• Service Ticket & Task Management
Receive and manage assigned installation jobs, repair orders, and maintenance tickets directly from the field with full customer and vehicle details.

• Installation Records & Photo Proof
Capture high-resolution photos of device placement, wiring harnesses, and vehicle installation points. Automatic geotagging ensures tamper-proof installation verification and warranty tracking.

• Vehicle & Asset Configuration
Map and update vehicle registration numbers, chassis/VIN, odometer readings, and asset types linked to each GPS hardware unit.

• Reliable Offline-Ready Workflows
Seamlessly log installation details in areas with limited or no network coverage, with automatic data sync once connectivity is restored.
