## What is SatWeb?

Es un software para la gestión de servicio técnico. Conéctese a Internet desde cualquier sistema operativo y administre su taller de reparaciones. SatWeb es SaaS (por las siglas en ingles: Software as a Service), es un modelo de distribución de Software dónde se provee al cliente un servicio que incluye la infraestructura, el soporte, la aplicación y su mantenimiento.


Servicios en Terreno
Organice todos los reclamos y solicitudes de sus clientes con las órdenes de servicio según el grado: normal, urgencia y emergencia. Obtenga indicadores de gestión y mantenga a sus clientes informados del nivel de servicio.

Reparaciones en Taller
Ingrese un equipo al taller detallando datos del cliente, del equipo (marca, modelo y serie), falla, la fecha de prometido a su cliente así como los accesorios que vienen con el mismo.
