## What is Sauce Book?

Sauce Book is a recipe book for homemade hot sauce. It's simple enough for your first batch, and it has the details serious makers need: pH, salt percentage and ferment tracking.

WRITE IT DOWN WHILE YOU COOK
• Get the ingredients down first, then name the sauce whenever you're ready.
• Type "200g habanero, roasted" and press Return. The amount goes on the right, and "roasted" becomes a note under the name.
• Suggestions remember how much you used last time.
• Everything saves as you go. There's no Save button.

COOK FROM IT
• Make a half or double batch, or type what's on the scale, like 340 g of peppers, and every other amount follows.
• The screen stays on while a sauce is open.

PH, SALT AND FERMENTS
• Salt percentage is worked out by weight and shown next to your pH.
• Give a ferment a start date and its label counts the days until you bottle it.
• Tap Made it after each batch to log what you changed, how it came out, the pH and a photo.
• Riff on a sauce to try a variation without touching the original.

YOUR BOOK
• Every sauce gets a numbered label in its own color, so it's easy to spot. Search covers names and ingredients.
• Share any recipe as an image card. Your batch notes stay private.
• Syncs across iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own iCloud.
• No account, no ads, no tracking. I can't see your recipes.

SUPPORTER (OPTIONAL IN-APP PURCHASE)
Everything above is free. A one-time Supporter purchase adds a few extras:
• Printable bottle labels for US Letter sticker paper
• Five more label styles and four themes
• Four more app icons
• A fermentation widget for the Home Screen and Lock Screen
You can try any label style or theme before you buy.
