But I genuinely think that 50% of the time I’m unable to complete my order through the app for one reason or another. Redeeming gift cards is buggy; completely hit or miss and they expose internal error codes to the user. Today I tried to order a kids pizza, and it said I couldn’t proceed without selecting a drink, but there is no UI to select the drink. So I ended up having to call the store. When I tried to create an account on the app, I was unable because my phone number was already in the system., probably from past takeout orders. It was impossible to navigate away from the dialog box saying I couldn’t register with that phone number without entering a different phone number (I only have one) or deleting the app. Eventually, I had to delete the app, register on the website, re-install the app before I could log in. Once I was logged in, I thought I’d let the support team know about the issue. I was unable to submit that to them without agreeing to receive texts and email from them.
