I’m a first-time customer who received a notification at 10:48am saying that my order was out for delivery. After 72 minutes, I still hadn’t received it even though I only live 16 minutes from the store. I could see the courier on the map at first, but he wasn’t moving, and then he disappeared. I tried reaching out to Saucey through email, chat, and phone, and I didn’t get a single response anywhere. When I called the store, they checked and apparently the order had been canceled at 11:34. This was at 12:22. Nobody emailed me, texted me, called me, nothing. The store wasn’t notified either. Since then I’ve continued to reach out to Saucey through chat and email, and still no response. And still no emails or anything else telling me that the order was canceled, an hour and a half later. If I hadn’t called the store, I’d still be waiting and would have no idea. This wasn’t a cheap order either, so I don’t have the money to just re-order in the meantime. Plus, it was extremely important that I receive the item today, which is why I ordered it first thing this morning. Now everything has been screwed up, nobody will answer me, and I’m beyond frustrated. Unless something drastic happens, this will most definitely be the first and last time I use this service.
