退会したいのに、クレジットで自動継続になっており、手続きしたはずが、また引かれて継続になってます。
退会方法をもっと簡潔にしてもらいたい。

みなさんが言ってる通り、チケット取得を押すとアプリが落ちてしまいます。
2年前にレビューされている方がいるのにまだ改善されていないのはどういうことでしょうか。

未成年の娘がFCでチケットを申し込むのですが、本人の携帯は機能制限をかけているため、親の携帯で娘名義で申し込んでいます。(世の中こんだけトラブルが多い中制限フリーにはできるはずもなく)チケット受け取りの際、番号で引っかかります。当日会場で全部説明しないといけない。
娘は同じPlus memberIDで他のグループ2つFC入ってますが、他のFC先行などで受け取れなかった事はありません。
サウシーだけ。
当日娘名義で申し込んでいるのに会場まで申し込んだ端末の親も行かなければならず、本当に面倒。
自分で支払いできる年齢なら問題ないですが、未成年には本当に不親切だと思います。転売防止なのは勿論理解できるんですが、それにしても限度がある。
