The request took so long and no bus has taken my booking. What’s the point of cancellation option if it prevents me to book again right after. ### 1/5 — Demand is horrible for people who have to work *2024-06-30* Dumbest thing ever, I always have anxiety that the app will never let me get a bus and makes me keep trying 10-20 times before a ride gets booked, so I’m always way to early for work or potentially late because I can’t book a bus, have normal hours , this sucks ### 2/5 — Useless notifications *2024-06-03* I never get notifications when I actually need them for the busses, only a persistent three times a day notification that tells me in a very condescending way that it’s my responsibility to know when the bus is coming and to give the driver my name. If I didn’t need this on the odd time I have no choice but to catch the bus on Sundays, I would just uninstall it and never take an evening weekend bus again.
