I wasn’t able to book a ride after cancelling booking request. The request took so long and no bus has taken my booking. What’s the point of cancellation option if it prevents me to book again right after.

Dumbest thing ever, I always have anxiety that the app will never let me get a bus and makes me keep trying 10-20 times before a ride gets booked, so I’m always way to early for work or potentially late because I can’t book a bus, have normal hours , this sucks

Everytime i try to book, there’s always high traffic in app and i am not able to book. Then, the booking time closes and i am left waiting. There is no point of having an app when it doesn’t even work.

Whole system is bad. Wait times VERY unreliable. Routes change on the app every time you blink. They change your bus and you’ll have to wait even longer sometimes and it’s been very very inconvenient. If I could have rated it a 0 I would have.

The buses have been rather unreliable, they often show up too early, adding a current route tracker would be greatly appreciated. That age rating is laughable, do they honestly believe a child should be booking rides? That being said, it wouldn’t be so bad if they haven’t been hiking up the bus fare to ridiculous amounts.

I never get notifications when I actually need them for the busses, only a persistent three times a day notification that tells me in a very condescending way that it’s my responsibility to know when the bus is coming and to give the driver my name. If I didn’t need this on the odd time I have no choice but to catch the bus on Sundays, I would just uninstall it and never take an evening weekend bus again. Waste of memory space, frankly.
