Ember is a sauna guide and a session tracker in one. Find a sauna worth the trip, then record every round on your iPhone or Apple Watch. FIND A SAUNA WORTH THE TRIP The atlas covers 1,000+ saunas in 19 countries, and every venue is added by hand. Finnish saunas, floating saunas, banyas, bathhouses and Japanese sento all sit on one map. Search by type and feature, or browse by city. Venue pages give opening hours, price range and booking links where they exist, plus what's worth knowing before you go. RECORD EVERY SESSION Record a sauna or cold plunge session on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Switch between heat, cold and rest as you go, and Ember times every round. Your Apple Watch adds heart rate across the whole session. Forgot to record one? Log it afterwards with notes, a photo and the temperature. APPLE HEALTH Ember saves each session to Apple Health as a workout, and reads heart rate and active energy from it. Ember never uploads your health data. SHARE AND COLLECT Turn a session into a card on the venue's own photo, then share it or save it to Photos. Record a session at a venue and its stamp is yours. Your weekly streak counts sessions at home too. Activity keeps your history, streak and stamps in one place. EMBER FREE • The full atlas, map and guides for your home region • Session recording on iPhone and Apple Watch • Saved places, stamps, your streak and your full history EMBER PRO • Every other region, with venue names, map pins and full guides • New venues in every region as the atlas grows • Trends: how your practice changes week to week • What to seek out next: the stamps you haven't collected yet, and where to find them Ember Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. You can also unlock a single region with a one-time purchase. Prices show in the app in your local currency. Ember is made by one person. A Pro subscription backs independent curation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
