## What is Sauna Oils?

Sauna Oils is an aromatherapy reference and session planning app for sauna enthusiasts. It solves the problem of not knowing which essential oils, blends, or incense to use for a given mood or session length. Users select a desired vibe (e.g. energising, relaxing) and session duration, and the app recommends a curated set of three oils.
