## What is Sauna Record?

Use your Apple Watch to record your sauna.

Sauna Record records the time and heart rate for each set of sauna, water bath, and rest, and the estimated sweat volume in the sauna.
By entering a sauna based on time and heart rate, you can enter a sauna in a healthy way.

A pleasant sauna, water bath, and rest vary depending on the facility, season, and your own condition.
The sauna record is used to record the time and heart rate, and finally, the temperature of the sauna room, the temperature of the water bath, the temperature of the outside air, and whether there is a wax or aufguss, etc. are entered.
By looking at the recorded information, you will know what kind of sauna and how to enter the sauna is best for you and how to get closer to a better body condition.

機種変更時、手順にしたがって行いましたが全部データが飛びました。

AppleWatchからiPhoneへの転送時はほとんど上手くいったためしがない。
今回も半年分のデータが転送できず、記録が無くなりました。
iPhoneからアップルウォッチへの上書きはできるので謎です。
サウナ中の時間管理用として割り切って使うのが良いですね。

サウナに必要な機能が整っており基本的には満足してます。以下3点改善希望です。

①アイコン変更機能
iPhone＋AppleWatch両端末対応の買い切り版を購入しましたがApple Watchの方のアイコンが変更出来ず、iPhone側と連動させて欲しいです。

②位置情報機能
記録をつける際にサウナ施設を名前登録だけではなく、地図情報と連動させる機能があればより機能が充実すると思います。

③ログ、スコアの可視化
ログ確認画面では各スコアが数字で確認できますが、過去スコアやユーザー平均スコアと比較する事でトータルスコアを可視化するなど視認性の面で改善ができればより魅力度が向上すると思います。

基本的には使えますが、3回ほど3セット目の休憩へのボタンを押したところでアプリが落ちてデータが消失してしまいました。
レコーディングのために購入したので残念です。

レビューに書くのも申し訳ないと思い、フォームにて問い合わせをしましたが返信いただけないので事象としてレビューしておきます。

ヘルスケアからの許可を毎回選択しないと、心拍数データが表示されないのですごく不便。

アプリを使用しているとワークアウトとしてフィットネスにも消費カロリーとワークアウト時間が記録される。記録されるだけならいいが、その消費カロリー量がはちゃめちゃな量なのである。サウナで汗をかくこと自体にカロリーを消費するのはわかるが、このアプリを使用することで計測される消費カロリー量は数値としておかしい。そのことに気づいてからはアプリを使用することをやめた。気づくのが早ければアプリストア側に返金申請をしていたところだ。

使い勝手はいいが、何故かアップルウォッチからiPhoneに記録を送っても保存されないため記録を全く付けれない。早く改善して欲しい。
