## What is SaunaTime?

SaunaTime helps you build a sauna schedule, log calories, and track water loss.

Add the "Start Session" toggle to your Control Center to quickly start a new session. Follow your schedule from the Live Activity, and update the temperature anytime for accurate calorie calculations. Your health details sync automatically through Apple Health. Your schedule is easy to customize, you can choose to make your sauna and break times "open" or add a time limit, which gently notifies you when it's over. Afterward, you'll see how much water you should drink to regain balance.
