The answers for the questions are explained and for the most part helpful. There has been one question I caught that had the wrong answer but the explanation was correct. I do sometimes doubt the answers but I just make sure to compare against the nursing notes I have from nursing school. I tried to look to see how to report the error, but I have yet to figure it out. Otherwise, Good Luck to all who take the NCLEX!! P.S. The NCLEX site recommended Saunders and I chose this one.
