I’ve managed to get higher returns than the nifty benchmark based on their advices. There are a few bugs which the team has ensured to fix from time to time which is a great sign. After investing significant time and marketing Gen4 as your flagship product, what you have delivered is effectively a **non-functional, zero-value product**. The so-called “upgrade” has completely broken core workflows and left users without even basic support. Critical features do not work at all. A simple request for **mutual fund advice** fails every single time. Despite there being **no request whatsoever for tax-saving instruments**, the app continues to push unrelated funds. This is not a minor bug — it reflects a fundamental breakdown in product logic and user intent handling. When these serious issues were reported, your team’s response was to casually ask users to “wait for two days.” That response is unacceptable, irresponsible, and shows a complete lack of ownership for a production release that is clearly not ready for real users. To make things worse, the **iOS app is currently unusable**, effectively locking out Apple users entirely. Releasing a broken app and then going silent is not how a serious fintech product operates. Gen4 was positioned as a major leap forward. Instead, it has severely damaged confidence in your product and your team’s ability to execute. I expect **immediate acknowledgment**, a **clear explanation of what went wrong**, and a **concrete timeline for fixes**, not vague assurances to wait indefinitely. The ones I have invested on my own doing pretty good since the last 3 years. Now, I am doubting decision buying savart premium. Need to see how it goes down the line. ### 1/5 — Religiously biased to Hindus *2022-11-11* The app in the very early stage added filters in favour of Sharia and Jain communities. But when I asked for certain option that Hindu community would want they plainly said “such options are not available and we will fwd the query if such feature can be added”. I asked them for a filter where I do not wish to invest ONLY in Hindu owned businesses. And they said we have no option to do that. Kudos to the new company that takes care of Muslim investment need but closed eyes to the need of Hindu community. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 **Developer response:** Hello Vipul, the current faith-based filters enable clients to not invest in certain industries/companies as per their faith’s beliefs and financial guidelines. We understand that not all faiths have such broadly-accepted guidelines, hence the limited number of such filters on our app. Additionally, we can not filter in/out companies based on the background of the owners or majority shareholders of publicly traded companies. Hence, we regret that we can not service your request.
