Homesolutions by Systemair mobile APP changes it’s name to SAVE CONNECT! SAVE CONNECT - Mobile control of your SAVE ventilation unit from Systemair. SAVE CONNECT gives you access to your SAVE units over the Internet. You can add, control and monitor your units, read and follow up sensor values, change settings, manage alarms, and link your units to Smart Home assistants such as Amazon Alexa. To use this functionality your SAVE unit has to be equipped with SAVE CONNECT internet access module. SAVE CONNECT mobile application supports all the major European languages. Dies war leider nicht mit jedem Update gegeben. Wünschenswert wären folgende Funktionen. In der App das zeitlich begrenzte ausschalten der Anlage. Wenn zb der Kanin vom Nachbar rüberzieht oder andere Gerüche von außerhalb auftreten. Hier wäre eine Funktion toll Anlage ausschalten für x Minuten oder Stunden. Dann wäre es toll die Anlage über Homeassistant einzubinden. Dies wird, nach Recherche öfter gewünscht. Hier Funktionen leider nur einige Anlagen und auch nicht zu 100% Es wäre toll wenn sie dazu vielleicht Updates nachreichen könnten. ### 1/5 — Schlecht *2024-11-17, version 1.5.2* Selten geplfegt. Langsam. WebApp. Nur 2 Zeiträume im Wochenprogramm einstellbar und das einstellen der Stufe geht überhaupt nicht. Einfach schlecht!!! ### 2/5 — Kein Alexa keine api *2024-11-16, version 1.5.2* Keine Alexa Anbindung möglich, da der Systemair skill nicht im deutschen Amazon verfügbar ist. Wann schafft ihr es endlich eine Anbindung über api oder eine Home Assistant Integration umzusetzen?! Lüftungsanlage gut. App und Smart Home Anbindung totaler Schrott. ### 1/5 — Unbrauchbar für Benutzer *2024-10-06, version 1.4* Die App stürzt ständig ab, verliert Benutzerdaten oder plötzlich kann das Gerät nicht mehr verbunden werden. Tage später funktioniert es wieder. Der Kundensupport von Systemair ist ebenfalls unzureichend. Schade den grundsätzlich ist die Hardware der Lüftungsanlage echt gut. ### 1/5 — Die schlechteste App auf meinem Smartphone *2024-06-28, version 1.4* Ich habe viele Apps, aber diese App ist wohl die schlechteste. Es ist nicht mehr als ein Browser in einer App und der Login muss ständig neu eingegeben werden. Die angebliche Alexa und Google Home Kompatibilität ist nur eine Werbe-Lüge um Kunden zu gewinnen. Funktionieren tun diese Anbindungen bei mir nicht. ### 1/5 — Wozu? *2023-10-03, version 1.3.4* Diese App ist wirklich schlecht. Sie verliert andauernd die Zugangsdaten und die Verbindung. Man muss sie dauernd neu starten, weil Wiederverbindungen nicht klappen. Neuerdings zeigt sie nur noch „offline“ an und hat gar keine Funktionalität mehr, so als ob der Webservice dahinter tot ist. Dann lieber gar keine App anbieten. Das wäre eine bessere Werbung. ### 1/5 — Frechheit *2023-09-20, version 1.3.4* Zum einen eine Frechheit das als „App“ zu vermarkten. Ist einfach nur ne Webpage. Stürzt ständig ab, permanentes neu einloggen, hängt sich ewig auf und funktioniert dann nicht mehr. Das kann die Konkurrenz deutlich besser. ### 1/5 — App unzureichend. Schlecht programmiert. *2023-01-01, version 1.3.4* Entweder man muss sich immer neu anmelden oder es geschieht gar nichts. Die Geräte sind genial. Die App ist Schrott. Leider. ### 1/5 — Katastrophen App *2022-08-01, version 1.3.4* Ein extrem schlecht gepflegt App mit Login Problemen ### 2/5 — Revert please *2022-05-31* Latest update makes it incredibly annoying to login because there is no “remember me”, faceid or even a way to use icloud to remember the login on the mobile unfriendly “web page” login.
