They share the withdrawal fees schedule but when it does not total the amount listed, you’re miscalculating not them, even though the fees are pretty clear. I lost over $150 in fees, even though the withdrawal fees were supposed to be only about $40. Escalated to supervisor and she agreed with me but now that the withdrawal is being process, I’m still out $150. If you escalate the issue to manager, have them send you an email agreeing with you. ### 1/5 — App spoofing *2023-03-11, version 3.3.1* This app sounds like they are app spoofing and stealing data RUN AWAY NOW!! ### 1/5 — Their no returns means you get nothing *2023-02-15, version 3.2.48* Was told no returns means you get nothing back from using the save card it’s a lost and let down am disappointed ☹️ ### 1/5 — May be a scam. Beware! *2023-01-27, version 3.2.47* Tried to open an account. Linked my bank, filled in some info, submitted documents, and even did face recognition. After all that, the account was closed (before it was ever opened). I have no idea what they are doing with all my info. This may be a data collection scam. Second: the application process could take weeks apparently w/out telling you anything.. Third: They have all your information on file now, and there’s no way to reapply after submission Conclusion: This was worse then trash, don’t waste time on something that might steal your information and give you nothing in return.. ### 1/5 — Scam alert *2021-06-25, version 3.0.9* This app is a scam and will just take your Money . Use at ur own risk . U been warned ### 1/5 — Horrible Company & Don’t Give them Your Money *2021-04-26, version 2.2.3* Their customer service is horrible and their app is horrible as well. Better apps out there then this horrible one. It took nearly a month for them to review my application to tell me they couldn’t sign me up so to address verification issues. Waste of years ### 1/5 — Scam - Misleading marketing and poor financial tool for users *2024-11-18, version 3.3.38* Though Save probably covered themselves legally, absolutely abysmal returns relative to how they advertised their product. Referral program and investments advertised much high returns than actual results, despite the market indices that they were linked to doing quite well. Stay far away from this company - essentially sells annuities while not disclosing clearly performance of its products. ### 1/5 — Just no *2024-08-11, version 3.3.38* After one year I made $2 on a $1000 investment. I feel like such a sucker. I gave these guys a free loan. The SEC should investigate. ### 1/5 — Just no *2024-06-19* The returns are worse than money market and that’s with the S&P hitting all time highs. These guys need to shut down the operation and find a new calling as this is just not a good deal for the customer. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-06-17, version 3.3.36* This “investment” co is a scam. They promise high rates and give you nothing at the end of the one year term. How is this allowed?! STAY AWAY FROM THEM ### 1/5 — Joke of an app *2024-06-12, version 3.3.36* Complete scam. My IRA account is up 20% this past year, however my “investment” with Save didn’t earn a single cent, despite the market turnaround. They just want to take your money, keep the interest for however long your term is, then give back your initial investment. Nothing more than a free loan for them. Stay far away ### 1/5 — BEWARE OF SCAM *2024-05-22, version 3.3.32* PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THEIR SAVINGS ACCOUNT. They alleged 18% savings returns a year ago as a 1 year CD. I GOT ZERO INTEREST. ZERO. I am beyond mad at them. I could have been getting 5.5% on Raisin. If you want a high yield savings CD, go to Raisin, not this scam bank. I finally got my money out a year later and now I can’t log into the app to check what the puny interest I accrued was (which never got transferred to my main bank by the way). ### 1/5 — Just horrible *2024-05-08* Deposited money with the expectation of high interest rates as they stated but a beyond disgusted. It started with 4.5 % and slowly dropped to lest than 1% over time. Can’t wait to withdraw my money in July. What a bait and switch scam app! ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-04-16, version 3.3.31* Invested with them back in Jul 2023 on advertised 8-9% variable returns along with a bonus equal amount invested due to a referral sign up. As of today 8-9 months the return is 0.79% on my direct invested and 0.25% on the bonus. A fraction of the return from the high yield savings account. Locked up for another quarter. Don’t believe their advertised rates. Early withdrawal fee too. Do your homework this place is not what they advertised themselves to be. ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-08-23, version 3.3.16* My wife and I downloaded this app. We received our debit cards and immediately loaded them with over $10k. As per the language of the agreement, we would be matched in investments for money spent. After the investment account was opened and started gaining interest, the developer closed the promotion and investment accounts. We received nothing, absolutely $0, for our investment and accounts. They have the option at any time to cancel or change the agreement. Do not fall for this. The have changed it in the past and will continue to do so, stealing the investment accounts for their own personal gain. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Continually Improving *2024-05-21, version 3.3.32* There have been a ton of enhancements over the last 2 years and the product offerings continue to be more innovative. ### 5/5 — Game Changer for Banking *2021-03-24, version 2.0.6* I signed up received my card quickly starting using and immediately starting seeing the great benefits this card and new banking concept works!!! They literally match every dólar for dollar you spend using the card so easy so quick you see the progress immediately!!! This will be my card to pay for everything!!! Car Gas Electric Water etc... use get matching dollar every time!!! Customer service thus far has been AMAZING!!! They make you feel like you are part of this new great team!!! Plus you talk to REAL people each time and they answer right away!!! So helpful and courteous (Susan is a GREAT asset to your team!!) Thank You SAVE for being new fresh and such a great benefit to banking!!!
