Makes you wait 20 days for renewal offer which is when you have a desperate deadline to meet which coerces you into sticking with the company. It sucks! Go with a more well known insurance company which you’d pay nearly the same. They made me file under my policy because they denied my claim under the others vehicle ! My elderly mother and niece were in the car at the time of this accident! You do everything online and never have to speak to anyone !
