•	Increased submarine speed.
	•	Added FastMove powerup as a crab creature.
	•	Set FastMove duration to 5 seconds.
	•	When FastMove is used, it provides a shield, speed boost, and a one-time multibubble attack in all directions for 5 seconds.
	•	Reduced powerup spawn time to 15 seconds.
	•	Fixed the issue of powerups spawning on the game start screen.
