You’d think typing in the exact name of something would cause it to come up pretty high in a search. I shouldn’t have to dig to the third page of search results to find something that is related to the product that I want. (You should also prioritize things I’ve favourited, so they come up higher in the search for those items. Knowing something’s exact name and having it favourited should guarantee finding an item on the first page. I don’t want to dig through my favourites and six pages of search results for my regular items) They keep changing the store that I am ordering from for no reason, to a store half an hour away. Sometimes I don’t notice until I get to my usual store, and then realize that you changed it again without telling me. And changing your store manually after filling your cart, deletes half of the things in your cart. So any itemized shopping you were doing from the list, you gotta start that all over again and reading the whole list even the items that are there to make sure they’re still there. And that’s not even the most frustrating part. The most frustrating thing is the performance. It will freeze and lag for no reason when you do things like tap on the search box, scroll, type, pretty much every step.
