Extremely slow download speed

I typically don’t leave reviews for apps, but this one was so terrible I had to. Not only does this app take forever to download a clip whether it’s five minutes 10 minutes or 60 minutes… the app also fails to download it if I switch off the screen, which is exactly the opposite of what it said. For this cost as much as it does, very disappointing
