If a mobile offer is available, the merchant authorized that redemption type when they completed their agreement with us and our expectation is that mobile offers should be accepted. If you experience concerns, the '?' icon on the coupon will display a menu for you to report your issue. You can also send a note at https://memberservices.entertainment.com so that we can investigate. ### 2/5 — Slow loading *2021-09-12, version 2.2.4* I’ve never really been able to use the app, cause it’s so slow to open up. Also, I never found value in any deals cause there was nothing really in the area I lived. I’ve moved, so hopefully I’ll find value now; if I can get the app to open. **Developer response:** We are sorry that you have experienced concerns. The load time for our app is impacted by strength of data signal and the number of merchants being pulled from our servers. By default, the app will look for businesses within 100 miles. There is a "Distance from me" setting in the menu that would allow you to reduce the range to a number that might be more relevant.
