It doesn’t always allow you to login ### 1/5 — They take your money *2021-08-19, version 20.2.80* My fiancé and I have been with Savi bank for 3 or so years, and they’ve taken hundreds of dollars from us in the middle of the pandemic with overdraft fees. They also started refusing to cash official paychecks signed over to account holders. Or maybe it was just me because the manager at the mount Vernon branch is discriminatory towards cannabis workers because she told me “we can’t trust checks from those places”. So don’t go to this bank if you’re poor, or work in a unique industry. They may not even your check if you have an account with them. They’ll send you to Walmart and make you come back with the money. 0/10 do not download this app or use this bank. Oh and with this app, the shut it down randomly between 10pm and 6pm at night, almost every night. So if you need money or need to transfer anything you’ll be out luck. Don’t bank here and don’t get this app. ### 1/5 — Nice Layout, Never Works *2021-03-22, version 20.2.80* The layout is fine. Simple, easy to use. Solid. But 9/10 times I try to access my account through it, I’m given an error message and kicked out. This happens, no exaggeration, at least 2 to 5 times a day, and the only fix is waiting a couple hours and trying again. I have to do a lot of transferring between my accounts and there have been multiple times where I’m screwed with an empty tank of gas because I can’t access my own money. This has been going on for over a year now with several updates and no fix. It could very well be SaviBank itself that’s the problem, they would get a 1/5 from me too with all the issues we’ve had. I don’t typically write reviews, especially negative ones, but please don’t use this app, and please don’t bank with Savi, for your own sake. ### 2/5 — App never works *2025-12-07, version 25.1.31* App never works. Always a problem. Super annoying ### 2/5 — Savi app is substandard *2023-09-20, version 22.2.200* I hate having to put my password in again after I have logged in. And I am seriously irritated by not being able to see my checks in the app or account which means i have to photograph them separately and look them up in photos to see what checks were deposited ### 3/5 — Good but issue with sign in *2025-09-02, version 25.1.31* The problem with signing in goes on for ever. Even employees have stated to me it’s an issue with them aswell. Many changed passwords (if I’m lucky to get an email) and phone calls with temporary passwords. Hopefully the new update will change that problem ### 3/5 — Access on mobile devices not so good *2024-07-30, version 24.1.71* My iPhone and iPad access to utilize transfers is successful only about 1/3 of my attempts. Site is non- functional 1/2 time. Poor mobile access. Frustrating. ### 3/5 — Ok when it works, but password issues=headache. *2022-05-11, version 21.3.40* Some details have improved since I first got the app -for example, having an updated balance for each transaction…that’s very handy. What I can’t stand is having to change my password constantly. Ive had an account with BofA for years and never had password problems like I do with savi. Drives me up the wall!!! ### 3/5 — Payments *2020-11-21, version 20.1.200* Easy and clean app. Hope to get an update that allows the option to make a payment towards a loan through the app. ### 4/5 — Small bank service big bank vision *2025-09-04, version 25.1.31* Savi saved my bacon in 2016 making a business transition WORK. I continuously get top end service where people know my name and are proactive at looking out for me. Sure, there are fees, but more often than not I deserved it and i am always given the benefit of the doubt.
