## What is Savi Tools?

Savi Tools is the mobile companion to your free Savi Tools account.  It handles the things you can only do from your phone, capturing what happens while you're out and about, and syncs it to your account.
  
  • Receipts and expenses — photograph a receipt the moment you get it; categories are suggested for you.
  • Mileage — optional automatic trip detection for tax-deductible business miles, or log trips by hand.
  • Business cards and contacts — scan a card into a smart rolodex and keep your network organized.
  • One place — your captures sync to your Savi Tools account so your records are ready when you need them.

Smoother Android sign-up:  finishing the quick security check in your browser now brings you right back into the app.  Some new users had been landing on a page-not-found screen instead.

Your privacy on the road: trips now save only where they started, where they ended, and the miles between.  Your route is never stored.

Smarter mileage claims: the deduction now uses the road route between your stops, the same number an auditor would check.  When a trip loops back to its start or the math does not add up, the app asks you instead of guessing.

Savi Tools now appears in your phone’s share sheet for contacts.  Met someone and traded contact cards?  Open the contact, tap Share Contact, choose Savi Tools, and they land in your rolodex with notes, tags, and follow-ups ready to attach.  Works for vCard and CSV files from Mail and Files too.

Fixed: creating a brand-new account from the app now completes the human-verification step reliably.

Shift scheduling is here. If your team runs on shifts, you can now confirm upcoming shifts, claim open shifts, offer a shift you can't work to a teammate, and set your weekly availability - all from My Day. Also in this update: job-site photos on your schedule and sign-in reliability improvements.

- New My Day tab: team members see their day’s jobs, get directions, and update status on the go.
- Push notifications when a job is assigned, updated, or canceled.
- Dictate a work note on any job — AI tidies it into the job record for your review.

- Job sites now show a street photo, on the web board and in My Day on mobile.
