Really bad compared to its competitors. Markets are pretty good for football but a number of things are awful. No faceid/auto login, welcome bonus and promos are poor, inplay betting takes over 15 seconds to place a bet which markets then change and makes you place again, can take over 2 minutes just to place a bet. The £20 free bet also won and then I was refused to be paid out because apparently I had withdrawn my funds and had not placed a bet. I have no idea how to get the funds out of my account! ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2024-12-05, version 1.0.8* The app is okay, but slow and the interface isn’t great. However, if you find yourself having a problem (there will be many), don’t expect a resolution from their support team. You’ll be waiting 30 minutes - 1 hour to even be acknowledged. If you’re lucky, they won’t close the chat whilst you’re waiting. Be prepared to repeatedly report the same over and over again. I had an issue where I couldn’t use my bonus balance, the support was no use. The issue still persists. I will be contacting my bank to get back money that these crooks took. And on bet history not showing that one you won because they are removed ur wining cleaning the evidence. I have all pictures and i took a screenshot as well. The app is the most laggy thing you will ever open and it’s impossible to navigate anything. Any bonus you get is impossible to turn into cash I recieved a £40 free bet which winnings had to be wagered 10 times then I was told the max I could withdraw from the bet was £20 half of what the free bet was even worth. The worst customer support I’ve personally experienced no help at all just denies everything and says there is nothing they can do they placed my bet twice against my will and said it wasn’t there fault and ended the chat. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-09-22, version 1.0.8* If i could review this app as 0 stars i would.
