it marks tasks completed automatically 
the target  is 1500 and i add 1000 then it marks the task completed and i want to change it to ruppes indian rupees inr i dont know how to

First of all, I apologize for the late response due to being busy. Secondly, I hope that you enjoying Savings.

At the moment I’m going through an internship as part of my university study program. As a result, it may seem that updates may have slowed down or the application has been abandoned. I assure you that’s not the case, its just that the internship occupies most of my week, while the rest goes to my private life.

In regards to your issue with amount, I think I have an idea to what’s causing it, but to be sure, I would kindly ask you to send me an email to savingsapp@alimoussa.com, where you shortly describe in a step-by-step manner how to replicate the issue, e.g. which settings you have off/on in your goal, start amount (is it 0 and then you add 1000) to it etc.

In regards to goals by marked as completed when the target amount is reached, that is done by nature. By default (can’t be changed at the moment), the goal is marked automatically as completed as it reaches the target amount. I haven’t thought about the use case of a goal not being marked as completed even though it reaches the target amount. I have put it on my list, such that I will in an update introduce a toggle for whether to mark a goal as completed automatically when reaching target amount. 

In regards to the currency, it does actually
matter which currency it is, as the currency is just for display and the amount is just numbers. Once again I haven’t thought of the use case of goal specific currencies. At the moment the currency is derived from the locale via device settings. I will try to make it an option for when creating/editing a goal, instead of being forced on the user.

I really like the simplicity of this app and it would be perfect for my needs but I wish users were able to add AND subtract amounts from the goal.

Before starting the internship I started working on widgets for iOS 14. Making way for widgets to communicate and show the savings data requires a restructure in the code, to which I have yet not completed as I only have time to work on it in the weekends, due to the internship. If you have ideas or requests in regard to widget design or content, I would more than happily take them into consideration. Kindly write the suggestions in an email to savingsapp@alimoussa.com.
