Leaving me with £100s of vouchers that I can access… and concerns that I can’t now transfer the sizable amount of cash back I have in my account. No other way to log in and no support offered in the App. Not great at all! ### 2/5 — Not as good as it used to be *2023-12-05* I previously used this app a lot for Cashback, and it worked really well. Everything tracked and transactions would appear on the statement as pending within a few hours, so it was really easy to keep track of your spending. Recently, the performance has deteriorated and transactions take several days to show as pending and sometimes don’t track at all. ### 1/5 — No instant reload *2023-09-03* Too much hassle. Don’t bother with it. ### 1/5 — Holding back cash without notification *2023-08-13* The company takes away £1 for each transfer of cash back to your bank account. Apparently this is hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions but not stated clearly anyway at the point of transferring the cash back each time! Almost conning it’s users out of cash! ### 1/5 — Horrible UI and spammy *2023-08-11* The UI is clunky and not to mention the constant notifications. I know these can be disabled but it’s opt out not opt in and it’s very spammy to have daily notifications. ### 3/5 — The app is okay, the system is broken *2023-07-22* The actual app works reasonable until it renews credentials and needs website login, but the actual system is very cumbersome and often not worth the hassle. It takes a week to reload a card and funds only work in shop not for online. Many cards won't allow statement check so you don't know how much is left on the card. I just loaded £100 on Tesco card and can't use it for online purchases and it takes 5 working days for funds to appear, but I don't know when as it needs a call to check the balance. All for 3% cashback. Is it worth the hassle? **Developer response:** Thanks for your review. The app has now been updated to fix bugs and improve the experience. I use it for my weekly food shop and am building up a nice little pot. If there’s anything else I need to buy I always check on here first. I’ve not used any of the offers yet but I have bought loads of vouchers for shopping. ### 1/5 — App frozen *2023-06-28* After entering my pin and selecting next, the app is still showing a loading. It has frozen and I cannot close it down. What do you suggest I do? ### 2/5 — You can’t pay?! *2023-05-06* So there are those really cool offers etc on there. And I selected one, added it to the basket and proceeded to pay by putting in my address, and not one, not two, not three, but several cards from different providers between my husband and myself. And it keeps coming up with “ sorry this didn’t work at this time” or something similar. It also doesn’t save the cards you put in. Only the address! We are very annoyed at this was a nice deal and we’re looking forward to a treat together. It’s like someone is waving a treat in front of your nose and saying, here look at it, smell it, but you can’t have it!! Once setup it should not ask for sending access code again, but this app is a nightmare - you have to setup by confirming the access code everytime you login.
