## What is SavorVitals?

SavorVitals keeps the back of house running. What you own, what it costs, and what needs attention before it becomes a closed kitchen.

EQUIPMENT
Every piece of equipment with its data plate, its service history, and its warranty, photographed once and on file for good.

INVOICES
Capture an invoice with the camera and file it against the venue it belongs to.

UPKEEP
What is due, what is overdue, and what was done last time — so a service interval is not something you remember only after a breakdown.

YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, in Settings.

SavorVitals requires an account at a venue that uses SavorSuite. It is built by HEARD Management LLC.

Weeks start on Sunday here like everywhere else in the suite, so the digest reports a real week rather than one shifted by a day.

### 1.0.36 — 2026-09-16

Adding a piece of equipment no longer starts at the camera. The registry now offers "Add equipment" alongside "Snap a data plate", on an empty list too, and a name and category are all a unit needs — the data plate is a shortcut, not a requirement. Adding by hand no longer asks for camera permission, and an account with no restaurant is told so instead of being handed a refusal it cannot act on.

### 1.0.35 — 2026-09-14

Design and consistency pass across the app: clearer type and contrast, screens that share one layout and one voice for dates and figures, and a number of small fixes.

### 1.0.34 — 2026-09-11

• Today shows labor so far, counting everyone still on the clock, with salary included.
• Food cost now shows food and alcohol separately, and says when no bar invoices have been filed.
• The latest day is the one that just closed, and it tells you if it is still settling.
• Invoice capture and review: pick up an interrupted capture, review line items, and see purchases by vendor.
• Equipment records and service history.
• A cleaner header: the app name beside the menu, with venue and date beneath.
• Security and reliability fixes.
