Extremely slow sign in process too. ### 1/5 — Not written by experts *2026-04-07, version 1.10.44* Whoever wrote this app has never ordered food in their life, or even thought about what it would be like. That inexperience and lack of thought shines brightly. I can’t leave notes or answer questions that the person preparing the food would ask, such as “what would you like on your sandwich?” Or “how would you like this cooked?” The cheeseburgers come without vegetables and I have no way to ask for them. I have no way to indicate how I want the meat cooked. I have no way of expressing almost any preference at all, it’s insane. Anyone who has ever ordered food in their life would know to make these things possible in a food ordering application. The UX on this application is both familiar and completely bizarre. This app feels like it was sub-sub-sub-contracted out to a team who has never thought about what a user interface is supposed to do or how it would be used.
